Wow, just when you thought Nike is getting more desperate on the retro sneakers department, they suddenly decided to ruin the whole Jordan retro line...

It's got that cement print of AJ III, triangle lace strap of AJ IV, clear mesh/lace lock of AJ V, the hyped up patent leather upper and the infamous tongue of AJ VI!!!
Why spend the extra money to buy III, IV, V, and VI? try me!
What's with the green? Oh, and don't forget the "laser" prints on the linings, it's the newest thing!
I don't know what it's saying on the cement print but it definitly looks like shit to me.
Why the canvas strap? Spike Lee is cool but he wasn't in the Jordan VI ad campaign... (or is he?) All in all, this is definitely a "I DON'T KNOW MAN!" kind of production.
A sample shown here, scheduled to release in 2007, and I hope it will stay a sample. PLEASE just retro the classic colorways, just use red/black/white/cement and they'll sell!
...I don't know man. Being in a Business major I'd figure that most of the Jordan retro segmented consumers are paying big bills for nostalgic reasons. For me, it's that and the scarcity, which most sneaker heads are in for. But damn, this shoe has almost every classic essense cut from every classic Jordans, which in result produced a classic piece of hot, smoking TRASH.
Well, this is just my initial feel to this; innovative? yes, desperate? maybe so.
We'll see how it does next year; I should hold on to my I's for now, just in case their value go sky high post release of this monster shoe.

Goddamn is Air Jordan IV retro sexy..
well, to each his own; you don't need to know shit to know what looks good. But for me, this monster shoes looks more like a prank to me.
